Charlie has been going to Mt. Tabor Barber Shop for about a year now and every time we go Marty (the barber) asks Charlie to get up in the Barber's Chair. Every time Charlie starts to cry and says "mommy" "sit on mommy's lap". But this Saturday when we went to the barber Marty asked him to get up in the barber's chair he looked at me as if asking for approval and when I told him "go ahead" he hopped right up into the chair. He needed to hold my hand though (you can see in the bottom left of the picture) and I hated that I did not have my camera with me but Steve's pulled out his phone and captured the moment.
Don't know that I have ever seen such a sweet smile captured on camera from Charlie. He usually screams and looks the other way when I get out the camera.
So while I was holding the hand of my one child who is a mamma's boy my other child who never meets a stranger anywhere we go had already introduced herself to some strangers on the other side of the barber shop and was cuddling up for story time!

That's adorable! That really is the most precious smile!! Good job Steve, although I'm sure holding mommy's hand made it happen! :) And Mary Alice is hilarious! She never does meet a stranger, does she? :)
Okay, I'm finally commenting on this one! I LOVE IT!! Charlie is hands down, the most adorable little boy ever! That smile....:)
Okay, Charlie has my permission to get a buzz cut like I did when I was a kid. That would take the cute factor through the roof!! :)
Charlie,
We can remember your first haircut at Disney World.
Mary Alice,
What a great personality you have.
Love, G-MA and G-Dad
